A copy of a photo ID with signature (for example, a drivers licence or passport) must be submitted with this application.

For submitting your application to register for the PPCA Artist Direct Distribution Scheme. We will contact you if we have any queries regarding your registration or when your registration has been processed including details of the tracks you have registered. Please also make sure you have completed a Recording Details Form, we will not be able to process your registrations without this.
